- NetManage has one called NEWTWatch. It works very well. It's commercial. It's
- relatively expensive.

- I'm not sure what you mean by a MIB compiler. NEWTWatch is comprised of
- extensible SNMP agents and an SNMP agent daemon that supports MIB-II. Agents
- for DOS, Windows, and workstations are included and you can add MIBs to the
- agents list.
